Frequently asked
Opening the panel account and the initial card setup are included. Physical NFC card production is a separate line on the quote.
Eco is for one user. Standard covers up to five; if you need more we expand the quote accordingly.
A lost or damaged card is reprinted at the production cost; there is no extra panel fee. You can close the old card from the panel.
If panel usage ends, the card addresses go offline. Before leaving you can export all employee and lead data as CSV.
