Privacy

We have tried to explain as plainly as possible which data we collect and why, how long we keep it and what you can do about it.

MyCard processes digital business card and lead data on behalf of your company. The data belongs to your company; we keep only what is needed to run the service.

Data we collect

We store the name, title, phone, e-mail and social accounts you publish on the card; the view and tap records of the card; the lead forms submitted through it; and the account details of users signing in to the panel.

Purpose of processing

Card details are processed to publish the card, contact form records to answer your request, and measurement data to show how well the card performs. This data is never used for advertising or sold to third parties.

Cookies

Only strictly necessary cookies are used: the identity cookie that keeps you signed in, the cookie that remembers your language and the verification cookie that protects forms. We run no third-party advertising or profiling cookies.

Retention

Card and employee records are kept for as long as the company account is active. Measurement records are stored in aggregated form. When you close your account the data is deleted within a reasonable period; you can export all of it as CSV beforehand.

Security

Company data is isolated per tenant, so a user of one company cannot reach another company's data. Passwords are stored irreversibly, sessions can be revoked instantly and all traffic runs over HTTPS.

Your rights

You can ask to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or to have it deleted. Send your request to the address below and we will respond within thirty days at the latest.

Contact

For privacy requests you can first contact your company administrator, or write to us directly through the contact form.

Something still unclear?

If any clause about data handling is not clear, write to us and we will explain it in plain language rather than contract wording.
